05 Dec Ice Skating Festival
Another group of our year 5 & 6 children were lucky enough to attend a test event at the recently refurbished Lee Valley Ice Centre this week. A small number of schools were chosen by the WF School Sports Network to take part in the event, where the children received short lessons from the coaches at the Centre, before having the chance to put their newly learnt skating skills to the test in a free-skate session. Well done to all the children who took part, especially those who persevered throughout the event.
