Meet Cybi – Our Beloved School Dog

Cybi [pronounced Cuh-bee] is our cherished black Labrador who has become an integral part of The Winns Primary School community. Born on 19th May 2024, Cybi recently celebrated his first birthday. He was thoroughly spoiled with treats and new toys to mark the occasion.

Since joining us as a puppy, Cybi has begun his journey to undergo training to become a certified school dog. His presence has had a positive impact on our students, providing comfort, promoting well-being, and enhancing the school environment.

Who owns Cybi?
Cybi is Mr Jones’ dog. He travels to school with Mr Jones and lives at home with him.

Is Cybi insured?
Mr Jones has his own private pet insurance to help protect Cybi from accidents, and the school itself has enhanced Third Party Liability insurance especially for pet animals in the workplace.
