14 Jun Mini Tour de Waltham Forest
A group of our year 6 children were able to attend the Mini Tour de Waltham Forest cycling event in Jubilee Park, Leyton earlier this week. The children had the chance to improve their cycling skills and raced against other schools in a fun, friendly environment. When the children weren’t racing, they visited the range of cycling-related activities on show, including pedal-powered smoothie machines, jukeboxes and a scalextric track. While we didn’t bring home any of the top prizes, everyone had a great time and the children represented the school brilliantly.
