23 Feb The Blitz in World War 2
Our year 6 children have been working very hard over the last half term to learn more about the two World Wars, and what their impact on ordinary Londoners was. As well as writing information texts explaining evacuation, rationing, shelters and the Blitz, the children produced some very striking artwork depicting famous London landmarks silhouetted against the flame-filled city skies. Well done to all the children for producing some amazing work, but also a special thanks to Daria for producing a fabulous wall display to show it all off!
