23 Oct Our Choir Celebrates Black History Month!
Our school choir brought music to our assemblies over the last two weeks with performances celebrating Black History Month. Their songs included Banuwa Yo, a Liberian folk song, and Wade in the Water by The Spirituals, sharing a rich variety of musical traditions with our school community.
The performances were a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Black music and heritage, and the power of singing to bring people together. A huge well done to all our choir members for their hard work and enthusiasm!
Well done to all of the choir members from across the school and thank you to Ms Helsing for giving them the opportunity to perform!
