27 Mar Mud, Sweat, and Cheers at Cross Country!
A massive well done to the 23 brave runners from Years 3–6 who tackled the Key Stage 2 cross country event a few Saturdays ago. Competing in a huge field of 398 runners, our team battled through a gruelling one-mile course defined by incredibly muddy conditions – leading to more than a few lost shoes in the sludge! Despite the sticky terrain, our athletes showed incredible grit, securing several impressive top 50 finishes in both the boys’ and girls’ categories.
A huge thank you to all the parents who braved the elements to cheer from the sidelines, and a special shout-out to Penny for her fantastic work coordinating the team on the day. Thank you for your support!
